FAQs
What exactly do you do?
I help small businesses and nonprofits untangle their people and operations challenges. That might mean cleaning up onboarding, tightening workflows, creating policies that make sense, or coaching leaders who are figuring it all out in real time. In short — I fix the stuff that slows you down..
What’s a “Fractional Integrator”?
It’s a fancy way of saying I help turn your big ideas into practical action. I focus on aligning people, processes, and priorities so your team can move forward with clarity (and a little less chaos).
How do we get started?
It usually begins with a quick, free, low-key conversation about what’s working, what’s not, and where you want to be. From there, we’ll decide on the best approach — a retainer, a short project sprint, or a one-off problem-solving session.
Do you work with organizations of all sizes?
Mostly with small to mid-sized teams and growing nonprofits — the ones where everyone wears too many hats and things move fast. That’s where I can make the biggest impact.
What if we don’t know exactly what we need yet?
That’s completely fine (and honestly, most people don’t). We will work through identifying the real issues and create a flexible plan to get started.
Are your prices firm?
My pricing is transparent and listed with each service so you know what to expect. That said, I’m flexible — if you’re a small organization or a nonprofit, I’m happy to have a conversation about options. Registered nonprofits automatically receive 25% off all services.
Do you offer ongoing support after a project wraps up?
Yes. Some clients keep me on retainer for regular check-ins, leadership coaching, or to keep systems on track. Others call me back in when things start to drift — either way works.
What’s it like to work with you?
Collaborative, straightforward, and maybe a little funny. I take the work seriously, but not myself. Expect honest feedback, practical tools, and a few laughs while we sort things out.
